This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms for all subscription plans and services. Please read this policy carefully before making any payment or subscribing to our services.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New Subscribers Only: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers to our paid plans (Pro and Flex plans).
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You are a first-time subscriber to Furobox paid services
- The refund request is made within 7 days of your initial payment
- You have used less than 20% of your plan's monthly limits
- You provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction
Note: This guarantee applies only to your first paid subscription. Subsequent renewals or plan changes are not covered by this guarantee.
2. Plan-Specific Refund Terms
Free Plan
- No payment required, no refunds applicable
Pro Plan (Full Access)
- 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers
- No refunds after 7 days or if significantly used (>20% of monthly limits)
- Annual subscriptions: Prorated refunds may be considered for technical issues
Flex Plan (Custom Selection)
- 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers
- Partial refunds not available for individual tools once activated
- Plan modifications are allowed instead of refunds when possible
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
No refunds will be provided in the following cases:
- Requests made after the 7-day guarantee period
- Substantial usage of AI tools (more than 20% of monthly limits)
- Generated content that has been downloaded or exported
- Subscription renewals (second month onwards)
- Plan downgrades or cancellations mid-billing cycle
- Account suspension due to violation of Terms of Service
- User error or lack of technical knowledge
- Inability to access due to internet connectivity issues
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (subjective)
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible period, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact Support
Email us at support@sytrusai.com with the subject line 'Refund Request'
Step 2: Provide Required Information
- Full name and registered email address
- Payment transaction ID from Razorpay or payment gateway
- Subscription plan and billing cycle
- Date of payment and amount paid
- Detailed reason for refund request
- Screenshots of any technical issues (if applicable)
Step 3: Review Process
- We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours
- Our team will review your account usage and eligibility
- Decision will be communicated within 3-5 business days
- If approved, refund processing begins immediately
5. Refund Processing
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after approval
- Refund Method: Original payment method only (credit card, UPI, net banking)
- Bank Processing: Additional 2-3 days may be required by your bank
- Confirmation: Email notification sent when refund is processed
- Currency: Refunds issued in the original payment currency
Note: Processing fees charged by payment gateways (typically 2-3%) may be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Subscription Cancellation
How to Cancel
- Log into your Furobox account
- Go to Plans & Billing section
- Click 'Cancel Subscription'
- Confirm cancellation
What Happens After Cancellation
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You can continue using paid features until expiration
- Account automatically switches to Free Plan after expiration
- No further charges will be made
- You can reactivate anytime by choosing a new plan
Important: Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. Refunds are only available under the conditions mentioned above.
7. Special Circumstances
Technical Issues
If you experience significant technical problems that prevent you from using our services:
- Report the issue immediately to our support team
- Provide detailed description and screenshots
- We will work to resolve the issue within 48 hours
- If unable to resolve, prorated refunds may be considered
Billing Errors
- Duplicate charges will be refunded in full
- Incorrect plan charges will be corrected immediately
- Contact support within 30 days of billing error
Fraudulent Transactions
- Report suspected fraud immediately
- Full refund available with proof of unauthorized transaction
- Account may be temporarily suspended for investigation
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company:
- Please contact our support team first to resolve the issue
- Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication
- Chargebacks may result in additional fees and account suspension
